Please note: All of the assembled shelf units on our website were custom made for our customers using our standard shelf brackets and using shelves the length of their need. We assemble them using a backplate with extra holes w/buttons to cover. We can add shaker, cup or mug pegs if you need them. All of our Assembled Shelf Units and Shelf Brackets are designed with ease of installation in mind.
A friendly note to my potential customers:
I just received a suggestion from a very good customer who has bought and seen what I make. He told me that if I could do side by side comparisons of the brackets and shelves that I make, compared to the items that the big stores sell, that people could see the quality that I put in my products. I have placed many pictures of things that I have made on my website pages which, I am sorry to say, can not do justice to the way they really look. You can not see the time and sweat that I have put into everything I make. I do not have fancy mass producing machines that churn out product. I make everything one at a time and I put my heart and soul into every piece I make. Most of the other companies that you find, the products are made somewhere outside of the United States and mass produced where they are hardly ever touched by a human. Where is the quality? No amount of me comparing what I do to other things you find in the "big box" stores will entice you to buy from me. The main thing that I can tell you, is that I make my items in the proudest traditions of what made the USA the greatest country in the world. If you do not buy from me, please make sure that when and whatever you buy, try to buy "MADE IN THE USA" to keep Americans working as we need it now more than ever!
Our shelves are normally made with semi-circle cutouts on the corners as shown, rounded or square corners, please specify your choice or other custom desired corners when ordering.
The pedestal shelf shown above is approximately 6" depth x 10" width x 7/8" thick. It has a #1SB458C bracket with 2 keyholes attached (for hanging). Shown above is in Cherry Stain. It has the decorative coved/ogee routering around the edges of the shelf. We can also install plate grooves in these pedestal shelves for an extra charge.
Please specify when ordering shelving whether you want Round (R) or Cove(C) edges or other desired custom edgework.

Our products are made of Beautiful Southern Yellow Pine. Southern Yellow Pine is the heaviest and hardest of the softwoods and when stained is very beautiful.
We can Stain and Finish any item for an additional charge.

Above and to the left are custom made assembled cove edged Sculpted spindle / galley rail shelves with scroll brackets, backplate and mug pegs.
Above is a picture that was sent to us a by a customer that we made a custom assembled shelf unit, using a shelf 9" deep x 48" length x 1 3/8" thick, rounded on corners and edges and attached to 2 -15LRG1R Colonial shelf brackets. Complete with backplate and countersunk screwholes, buttons, stained in Golden Oak stain with several coats of clear gloss lacquer.

Above is a custom-made unfinished assembled shelf unit using a shelf with round edges and round corners measuring 9" x 48" x 7/8" with 2 rounded edged scroll brackets, backplate and seven (7) shaker pegs.
Shown above are two identical custom-made assembled shelf units using shelves with coved edges and semi-circle corner cutouts. They measured 5 1/2 inch x 48 inch x 7/8 inch with 2 coved edge brackets , backplate, buttonholes and buttons. The first one is unfinished and the second one has 5 shaker pegs installed and is stained in Sedona Red Minwax(R) stain.
